Installation & Compatibility

  • Most of our LED warning lights and directional boards are designed for "Plug & Play" or straightforward hardwired installation. We provide comprehensive wiring diagrams and mounting instructions with every unit. For complex setups, we recommend installation by a qualified vehicle technician to ensure compliance with local electrical standards.

  • Our equipment is highly versatile. It is designed to be fitted to:

    • Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs): Vans, pick-ups, and utility vehicles.

    • Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs): Maintenance trucks and flatbeds.

    • Specialist Plant: Slow-moving machinery and construction equipment.

    Note: Our systems generally support both 12v  and 24v systems.

  • Our arrow boards come with universal mounting brackets. While a competent DIYer can often install them, professional mounting is advised to ensure the board is secure at highway speeds and correctly fused to the vehicle's power supply.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Our products are built for longevity, but if a failure occurs:

    1. Check Connections: Ensure the wiring harness hasn't been pinched or disconnected.

    2. Modular Design: Many of our systems are modular, meaning you can often replace a single LED module rather than the entire unit, saving you time and money.

    3. Warranty Support: If the failure is due to a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately to initiate a claim under our product warranty.

  • Yes. Since our equipment is designed for "demanding environments," our LED units carry high IP (Ingress Protection) ratings (typically IP67 or higher), meaning they are fully protected against dust and can withstand high-pressure water jets and heavy rain.

  • LEDs are virtually maintenance-free compared to old halogen bulbs. We simply recommend:

    • Keeping the lenses clean for maximum visibility.

    • Periodically checking mounting bolts to ensure they remain tight after long periods of vehicle vibration.
